Warwick is in the heart of Orange County, New York, and it is a vibrant community of gratified families well-defined by their diverse heritage. Here we all enjoy a strong sense of dignity and pride over our families' history and resilience, and our shared desire to have made of Warwick our home. Our wonderful schools and dedicated teachers have created the nurturing grounds to help our children love going to school. And it is at these classrooms and playgrounds where we start to see the great diversity that makes up the majority of our multicultural residents. At our homes, many languages are spoken, which also construes the love of diverse musical and artistic expressions, plus dainty food and cultural showcasing.
For the visitors of Warwick, as well as for the newcomers, the experience is similar as we took our first stroll in this area. If you walk into one of the many local cafes, shops or restaurants, soon enough you will meet friendly acquaintances, future colleagues and most certainly your new good friends and neighbors. From Pine Island to Greewood Lake, or from Florida to the "Village", the hospitality is a landmark of our town. Far and near, that is how all the interloopers would describe their journey that brought them to our midst. This is how most stories start... "I came to visit once and shortly afterwards, we bought a place in Warwick; then my parents moved in as well, etc."
We want to invite you to share your love story with us to give our readers a space to find the best multi-heritage accounts of how multicultural families came to be, and how we made Warwick in Orange County our forever home.
